At SEO Mentor, all credit purchases (SEO and AI) are non-refundable once used. Refunds may be considered in rare circumstances at the discretion of Kart Digital.

Eligibility

Refunds are only available if a technical error prevents you from using the purchased credits or services. User error or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

To request a refund, contact support@seomentor.in within 30 days of purchase with your order details. Our support team will evaluate your request and respond promptly.

Non-Refundable Items

Any credits that have been used, services rendered, or consultations booked are strictly non-refundable.

Kart Digital reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
