Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026. These Terms govern your use of seomentor.in and SEO Mentor's free audits, website-analysis tools, checkers, generators, previews and downloadable outputs. SEO Mentor is operated by Kart Digital. By using the website or tools, you agree to these Terms.
Free Public Tools
SEO Mentor currently provides public tools without requiring login, subscriptions, credits or payment. Tool availability, limits, features and supported formats may change. Access may be restricted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, technical limitations or dependencies outside SEO Mentor's control.
Automated Analysis and Generated Output
SEO Mentor produces automated findings from information supplied by users and signals that can be observed from publicly accessible websites at the time of a request. Generated files, markup, previews, scores, recommendations and reports are provided for informational and practical assistance. Results can be incomplete or differ from other services because websites, crawlers, datasets, rendering conditions and analysis methods differ.
Your Authority to Submit Websites and Content
You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to submit a URL, crawl a public website, upload an image or logo, or otherwise process content through SEO Mentor. Do not submit credentials, private administrative URLs, confidential material, unlawful content or intellectual property you are not authorized to use.
Website Fetching, Crawling and Tool Limits
Some tools request public web pages, follow redirects or discover internal URLs in order to perform the requested analysis. Tool-specific limits may apply, including page, request, file-size, timeout and crawl limits. SEO Mentor may block particular domains, networks, protocols, destinations or request patterns for security and abuse-prevention reasons.
Responsible Use and Prohibited Activity
You must not use SEO Mentor to attempt unauthorized access, scan private or local systems, bypass security controls, disguise prohibited destinations through redirects, overload websites or SEO Mentor infrastructure, evade rate limits, distribute malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, interfere with another service, or engage in unlawful activity. Automated or abusive access may be limited or blocked.
No Ranking, Indexing or AI Visibility Guarantee
No audit score, generated file, recommendation or tool result guarantees rankings, crawling, indexing, traffic, conversions, backlink acquisition, search-engine treatment, or inclusion, citation or visibility in an AI or answer platform. Search engines, AI services and third-party platforms operate systems outside SEO Mentor's control.
Backlink and Other External Data
Backlink information and other externally sourced data depend on the coverage, freshness and availability of the relevant source. No backlink dataset represents a guaranteed complete real-time map of the web. Counts and discovered links may therefore differ between services and change over time.
Generated Files and Code
Outputs such as sitemap.xml, robots.txt, llms.txt, schema markup, hreflang markup, favicons and manifests should be reviewed before being deployed to a production website. You are responsible for deciding whether generated output is appropriate for your site and for maintaining backups before making material changes.
Mobile and Visual Previews
Responsive previews simulate CSS viewport dimensions and are not a guarantee of rendering on a particular physical device, operating system or browser. Third-party websites may block embedding through their own security policies, and SEO Mentor does not bypass those controls.
Use Recommendations With Judgment
Automated tools cannot understand every website architecture, business requirement, legal obligation or design decision. Review recommendations in context and use an appropriate developer, SEO professional or other specialist before implementing high-risk, security-sensitive or site-wide changes.
Third-Party Websites and Services
SEO Mentor may request, display, analyze or link to information from third-party websites and may depend on third-party hosting, security, delivery or data services. Their availability, content, accuracy, terms and practices are controlled by their respective operators. References or links do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
Intellectual Property
SEO Mentor's branding, original website content, software and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Website owners and other rights holders retain their rights in third-party pages, logos, images and other content. Your use of a generator does not transfer third-party intellectual-property rights to you.
Service Availability and Disclaimer
SEO Mentor is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to provide useful results, the service is not represented as error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEO Mentor and Kart Digital are not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on automated output, incomplete third-party data, temporary unavailability or changes implemented without appropriate verification.
Privacy
Use of SEO Mentor is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which describes how submitted information, public website data, technical logs, uploads, security information and contact communications may be handled.
Changes, Suspension and Enforcement
SEO Mentor may modify features, limits or these Terms and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties or the service. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to SEO Mentor or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@kartdigital.in or through the Contact page.
Network, SSL and Crawler Diagnostics
Regional network, ping, SSL and crawler-test results are point-in-time diagnostics. Probe routes, latency, certificates, server responses and crawler directives can change. A successful test does not guarantee continuous availability, security, indexing or identical results from every user or search engine.
